Development Economics Program, Faculty of Economics and Business (Development Economics Program FEB) Sebelas Maret University is one of the high-performing programs in UNS and national. Level with some achievements as follows :
- The A Accreditation of BAN PT for 2015-2019 period;
- Approximately 50 percent lecturers has doctoral degrees by August 2018, where 16 out of 38 academician are Doctor percent (42.11 percent);
- 3 lecturers have professor degree by August 2018;
- 6 lecturers are Associate Professor by August 2018 (15.79%);
- The research funding obtained by the lecturers of Development Economics Program are satisfying, with the following details; (a) 52 research projects funded by the University in the past three years; (b) 29 research projects funded by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education; and (c) 1 research projects was funded by the foreign institutions.
- The Journal Publication are as follow: (a) 5 scientific publications in local journals; (b) 32 scientific publications in national journals; and (c) 21 scientific publications in international journals.
- The AUN QA certification process in 2019.
Development Economics Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Sebelas Maret University is part of. Public Service Agency (PK-BLU) in accordance with financial governance at Sebelas Maret University. Accordingly, Sebelas Maret University has flexibility in managing resource yet still being responsible. In addition, Sebelas Maret University will is more proactive and innovative as a university and an agent of change. The Strategic Plan is developed to drive the proactive and innovative role of Sebelas Maret University. The Development Economics Program Strategic Plan was derived from the University and faculty Strategic Plans. Therefore the Strategic Plans have been interrelated and mutually integrated. In addition, the preparation of this Strategic Plan had also considered the Minimum Service Standard of the Ministry of National Education Regulation Number 73 of 2008 concerning Minimum Service Standards at Sebelas Maret University (SPM-UNS).
